Process-Oriented Psychotherapy, Clinical and Depth Psychology, Ecotherapy, Forest Bathing, Education, and Community Building

Sylwia Kieszkowska was born in Poland. However, having lived in a number of countries in both Europe and Latin America, she considers herself a world citizen. She has worked as a psychotherapist in psychiatric institutions as well as with multiple NGOs in Poland and Spain, providing both individual and group therapy for people in difficult social situations, including immigrants, women experiencing domestic violence, and young mothers. Working as a psychotherapist in various settings has allowed Sylwia to work with a variety of people, each with unique challenges. She has dedicated her professional career to helping her clients develop a deeper awareness about their individual healing journeys, find creative ways to enrich their lives, and restore their connections to nature.

Sylwia’s experiences have always led her close to nature. After a few years of clinical practice, she realized that nature is her biggest source of learning and inspiration, and a powerful source of healing that she wanted to share with as many people as possible. Thus, Sylwia founded an online educational platform, Naturally Balanced, to spread a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach to improving mental, emotional, and physical health by establishing a closer relationship with the natural environment around us. She believes that, as a global society, we must shift from a self-centered to a world-centered approach, for the benefit of people and the planet.

Sylwia currently lives in Spain, developing an international community interested in ecotherapy. She co-creates projects and events with a variety of experts to provide resources and activities for both helping professionals and curious individuals to integrate nature into their practices and lifestyles.
