Hans Zetterstrom, MSc, is the chief strategic innovation officer of the American Association for Physician Leadership, located in Tampa, Florida. In his current role, he oversees the ideation and creation of products and services that directly drive the strategic direction of the organization. He is also the lead architect of the organization’s industry recognized leadership development platform.

Mr. Zetterstrom has more than 20 years of experience with web technologies, applications, infrastructure, software development, and systems engineering. Prior to coming to the American Association for Physician Leadership, Mr. Zetterstrom was head of web architecture for The Nielsen Company, a global information and measurement company.

Mr. Zetterstrom holds an MSc in entrepreneurship and innovation from HEC Paris, as well as certifications in project management, Agile Scrum project management, and master level certification of enterprise content management .
