David Medina — is a lover of wisdom, a curious soul. For the last 15 years, his curiosity and thirst for wisdom have led him to explore different paths for understanding life to its fullest, including different yogic techniques, solitary meditation retreats, and plant medicines.
In his experience, Mr. Medina believes that Love is the building block of reality itself—the structure of reality is pure love. Everything there is, was, and ever will be is absolute love and you are it. A love that transcends everything we could ever think, believe, or even feel as humans. An all-inclusive, complete, and utter acceptance of everything that is and could ever be.
With a background in education and psychology, Mr. Medina works as an existential couch. He received his coaching certification through the ICF in the UK. He has spent the last four years of his life diving into the depths of transformation from existential and ontological perspectives. His clients include surgeons, investors, artists, and consultants around circular economy and human rights. Mr. Medina’s dharma in life is to support the most driven to reach higher levels of performance, excellence, integrity, and freedom. To have them transform their lives into ones that they love, forever, while simultaneously increasing the impact they make on this planet. To create the lived experience that leaders should not only model success, but also lead with curiosity, joy, adventure, daring, and passion from their deepest truths.
In addition to his private one-on-one practice, Mr. Medina also co-works with his intimate partner. Based on a deeply held principle that true leadership and intimacy are two sides of the same coin, they work with couples to facilitate transformation and support them in what it means and looks like to create a conscious relationship.
Currently, Mr. Medina is writing a book, The Truth of Transformation, in which he shares from his experience, both his own inner work and his work with clients. It is a personal journey about what it means to create our lives beyond predictable, habitual patterns, into a life that is an expression of our highest consciousness.
Beyond coaching, he enjoys nature, climbing in the beautiful city of Madrid along with his friends and partner, writing, playing Dungeons and Dragons and video-games, and exploring the never-ending vegan restaurants across Spain. Mr. Medina also secretly loves pretending and acting out that he knows how to dance.
